About the invocation the one approaching death should make
1-Narrated Aisha:I listened to the Prophet before his death, while he was leaning his back on me, and saying:"o Allah! forgive me, and bestow Your Mercy on me, and let me meet the highest degree in Paradise. "
(Bukhari)
2-Narrated Aisha: I saw the Messenger of Allah in his last moments having a vessel of water in front of him. He used to dip his hands in the vessel and say:"o Allah! Support me to bear the pangs of death."
