One of the fundamental pillars on which Islam was built is justice and equality. The best among the Muslims is the one most righteous. There is no discrimination at all.
In Islam, all creatures of God Almighty have rights that Muslims have to respect. Men, women, black, white…etc. all have rights that have to be respected at the same time they all have duties that they have to fulfill.
In Islam, Rights and Duties are in fact strongly linked together. The rule is the more rights you have the more duties you have too.
